Sydney NSW lead response
Driveway Pressure Washing in Sydney, done without the guesswork
High-pressure surface cleaning for driveways, paths and hardstand areas with careful edge work and runoff control. We know what Sydney does to exterior surfaces. tyre marks, oil staining, algae all turn up here for local reasons, and we quote fast enough that you can book without three rounds of back-and-forth.
Local conditions
Built for Sydney surfaces.
Sydney properties see a mix of harbour humidity, summer dust and wet-season mould growth on shaded surfaces.
tyre marks
Tyre rubber gets heat-pressed into concrete and doesn't respond to a straight rinse. It needs a degreaser, proper dwell time and a rotary surface cleaner to come away evenly, with no patchy tiger stripes down the driveway.
oil staining
Fresh oil lifts well. Older oil that's soaked into porous concrete will lighten substantially but may not disappear entirely, and we'll tell you which one you've got before you commit rather than after.
algae
That green film creeping across concrete and pavers is algae, and it's more than a look. It turns paths genuinely slippery after rain. We lift it out of the surface pores rather than skimming the top, so it takes far longer to come back.
embedded dirt
Dirt that's been ground into concrete or paving over years sits below the surface, which is why sweeping and hosing stop making a difference. A rotary surface cleaner reaches into the pores and pulls it out evenly.
mould
Mould takes hold wherever a surface stays damp and out of the sun: south-facing walls, shaded side passages and under eaves. Soft washing with the right detergent kills it at the root instead of just rinsing the colour off, which is why it stays gone through a full wet season.
pollution film
Exhaust and industrial fallout leaves a fine oily film that dulls render and painted surfaces without ever looking like dirt. It needs a detergent to break the bond before rinsing, otherwise it simply smears across the wall.
salt residue
Coastal salt sits invisibly on render and glass, dulling the finish and quietly working at metal fixtures. It rinses away readily with the right approach, and it's the main reason waterfront homes benefit from washing twice a year rather than once.
leaf tannins
Wet leaves left sitting on concrete or decking leach tannins that stain right into the surface, well past where sweeping can reach. Those brown shadows lift with the correct detergent rather than more pressure.
